Elections are being held for faculty members and graduate students to serve on the President's Advisory Committee for the Selection of an Associate Vice-President, Research and Innovation. 

Faculty Member Representatives

Positions for eligible faculty members to serve on the President's Advisory Committee are as follows:

  • One (1) person representing UBC Okanagan, elected by and from the faculty members from UBC Okanagan
  • One (1) person representing UBC Vancouver, elected by and from the faculty members from UBC Vancouver

Eligibility

Eligible faculty members are all persons with the rank of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Professor of Teaching, Associate Professor of Teaching, Assistant Professor of Teaching, or Lecturer. Clinical, adjunct, emeritus, sessional, partner, and honorary faculty are not eligible.

Graduate Student Representatives

Positions for eligible graduate students to serve on the President's Advisory Committee are as follows:

  • One (1) person representing UBC Okanagan, elected by and from the graduate students at UBC Okanagan
  • One (1) person representing UBC Vancouver, elected by and from the graduate students at UBC Vancouver

Eligibility

Eligible students are all graduate students registered in a degree or diploma program at either UBC Okanagan or UBC Vancouver.
