Early Alert

Supporting student learning and success is a priority for UBC. Early Alert helps achieve this goal by helping faculty, staff and TA’s provide better support for students who are facing difficulties that put their academic success at risk.

OAMS

Online Advising Management System helps the UBC advising community provide consistent, timely, integrated support to students. As of Spring 2013, OAMS supports advisors serving over two-thirds of UBC’s student population.

Student Information Systems (SIS)

SISC

The Student Information Service Centre is used for admissions, fees, awards, courses, grades, and communications.

The Faculty Service Centre allows instructors and TAs to access class lists, enter grades, and email students in specific courses.

Go Global Support Systems

Go Global Gateway

Gateway is a web-based learning abroad management system designed to support student learning abroad experiences. UBC staff and faculty who are involved in the delivery and administration of learning abroad programs through Go Global can have access to Gateway.

Go Global Transfer Credit Portal

Students on Senate approved Exchange programs receive credit for all academic courses successfully completed while on Exchange. We advise students to map out their degree and consider faculty-specific information prior to applying to any credit-bearing programs.
