Below are the nomination forms, anticipated election dates, submission details, and results for the 2024 Vancouver Student Senate and Board of Governors Elections conducted by AMS Elections. 

Nomination Forms

Election Dates

Elections are required for the Student Representative of a Faculty to the Senate (Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences) and Graduate Student Representative to the Senate positions. Polls will be open via Simply Voting in late-March 2024.

Submitting a Nomination

Enrolment Services must receive completed nominations (second call) by 12 pm on Friday 1 March 2024. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Receipt of all nominations will be confirmed within two business days of the close of nominations.

Forms and statements are to be scanned and emailed to UBC Elections at elections.information@ubc.ca. Paper forms cannot be accepted.

Do NOT submit forms to the AMS.
