The Academic Calendar is a comprehensive guide to all programs, courses, services, and policies at the University of British Columbia. The Calendar also serves as a record of many University academic policies and procedures. The online Calendar is the official Calendar.
Academic Calendar Edits
Calendar changes may be submitted to the Calendar Team throughout the year. Edits will appear in the next release of the Calendar (which is updated twice a year). Please note that non-editorial changes will need Senate approval prior to appearing in the Calendar. UBC no longer produces a print version of the Calendar.
You can see changes and edits to the Calendar between releases by accessing the UBC draft Calendar. Updates to courses will not appear in the draft Calendar.
Important note about the draft Calendar:
- The draft Calendar is not official.
- Do not distribute the URL.
- Do not rely on the information for academic requirements.
