The seat for a faculty member of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies on the Vancouver Senate is now vacant. This is a by-election to fill this vacancy for the remainder of the 2017-2020 triennium, for a term ending on August 31, 2020.
Eligibility
For this election, "Faculty Member” is defined as a member of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies with the ranks of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Professor of Teaching, Instructor (any grade), or 12-Month Lecturer. Please note that sessional instructors or emeritus, clinical, adjunct, partner, and honorary professors are not eligible.

Nominations were accepted up until 4:00 pm on Wednesday September 19th, 2018.
Voting
If an election is necessary, polls will open via WebVote in October 2018. Voters will be notified of the opening of the polls via email.
