All Student Services print publications should include a UBC signature, whether it’s the standard basic or full signature, or a unit signature.

See the signatures section of the UBC Brand website for information on the different types of signatures and when to use each. From the brand website you can download the UBC signatures in formats for print and web.

We have created unit signatures for Enrolment Services and Student Engagement units according to the UBC Brand Unit Signature Program, available at the bottom of this page for you to download. This allows you to identify a publication as originating from your unit specifically, when appropriate.

Pay special attention to the amount of clear space required around the signature.

Signatures should be used in UBC blue or UBC grey whenever possible. The white signature is appropriate to use on either a UBC blue background, or a dark photo background. The black signature should only be used when printing in black and white.

When to use standard UBC signatures

  • General awareness campaigns on a specific topic
  • Event promotions
