Starting September 1, 2024, the Faculty Service Centre (FSC) is read only.
For the 2024/25 Winter Session onwards, Workday and associated tools provide instructors and teaching assistants with access to class lists, enter grades and email students.

Instructors and Teaching Assistants:
- Log into Workday with your Campus-Wide Login (CWL) and add the Teaching App to access a number of teaching related administrative tools
- Access the Grades Submission Tool
- Use the Student Emails Tool to contact students in your courses

Accessing Student Data
Everyone who accesses Workday, the Faculty Service Centre or private student data must comply with FIPPA and UBC Policies.
- Sharing system access is prohibited.
- Managers must inform SIS Security when access is no longer required.
