Test Student Account Guidelines and Consultation
The creation of test student accounts in the SIS Production environment is highly restricted as test student accounts have impacts on various areas including reporting and the student financial account management process. Test accounts in the production environment will only be approved for creation and use when a function, integration or issue cannot be tested in SIS’s non-Production environment. To request non-production SIS access, please complete the “SIS Special Access Form and Terms of Use” available here.
If you are unable to test a function or issue in non-Production SISC environment, please fill out the consultation form below. Return completed forms to sis.security@ubc.ca. The Student Systems Management team will review the form to determine if a test student account in the production environment is required.
