Scheduling Services is responsible for the overall coordination of all of the university's general teaching space. The unit coordinates academic course schedules, ad hoc event use of classrooms, and final examinations.

Each year, Scheduling Services schedules approximately 17,000 activities. Roughly 11,000 events are also booked annually. In addition, the department coordinates the scheduling of final examinations whereby over 240,000 exams are written each year. We work closely with 160+ Timetable and Scheduling Representatives (T-Reps) in 22 Academic Units, and work in partnership with: Infrastructure Development, UBC IT Audio Visual Services, UBC IT Academic Systems Support, ES SIS Security, Building Operations, and Conferences & Accommodations.
