• Request Workday and/or Scientia Access
  • Access to course scheduling functionalities is associated with your position. If you have questions about your Course Scheduling access, please use the UBC Self-Service Portal and "Request Workday Student Support" (select "Access and Role Request" for the Category) and complete the form.

Contacts

• Use the Course Scheduling Request Form for academic course scheduling support from Scheduling Services. 
• Use the Reserve Capacity Form for creation and edits of student condition eligibility rules. 
• Use the Workday Student Support Form through the Self Service Portal for help with user access and technical requests related to Workday, STVC and STTM.
