New T-Reps

  • Request Workday and/or Scientia Access
    • Access to course scheduling functionalities is associated with your position. If you have questions about your Course Scheduling access, please submit a Workday Student Support form in the UBC Self-Service Portal (use the category "Access and Role Request").

Contacts

  • Use the Course Scheduling Request Form for academic course scheduling support from Scheduling Services. 
  • Use the Reserve Capacity Form for creation and edits of student condition eligibility rules. Requests are processed by the IRP Student team. 
  • Use the Workday Student Support Form through the Self Service Portal for help with user access and technical requests related to Workday, STVC and STTM.

Information Sessions

In addition to the Canvas courses and resources available on this page, a series of information sessions and office hours will be available during the 2025 course scheduling cycle. T-Reps will receive more information about upcoming training sessions via email.
