October 1 – October 31, 2025	T-Reps: Review and input course section information in Scientia WDC*
September 26 – December 2, 2025	T-Reps have view-only access to 2025W Scientia Timetabler To make changes to 2025W please submit a Course Scheduling Request Form
October 31, 2025	Scientia Web Data Collector (WDC) Closing
November 3 – December 1, 2025	2026S Unavailable; Scheduling Services allocates GTS rooms
December 2, 2025	Draft Timetable available in Scientia Timetabler and the UBC Online Timetable
December 2 - Ongoing	T-Reps: Review and complete section set-up in Workday Make course section adjustments in Scientia Timetabler or submit GTS room change requests to Scheduling Services
January 13, 2026	2026 Summer Timetable published

January 19 – April 7, 2026	2026W Unavailable; Scheduling Services allocates GTS rooms
April 8 – April 9, 2026	T-Reps have view-only access to 2026W in Scientia Timetabler
April 10, 2026	Draft Timetable available in Scientia Timetabler and the UBC Online Timetable
