2024W Workday Student Resources

Workday Student is UBC’s new student information system. Starting with the 2024W course scheduling cycle, we will work with Workday Student instead of the SIS. We will continue to use Scientia for course scheduling. Contents of this page will be updated throughout the course scheduling cycle (November 2023 – May 2024) to provide information resources and support to assist with the transition to Workday Student.

Information Sessions

In addition to the Canvas courses and resources available on this page, a series of information sessions and office hours will be available during the 2024W course scheduling cycle. T-Reps will receive more information about upcoming training sessions via email.
